Ten Reasons to be an Urban Naturalist

Thought I’d start my year of newsletters with a sort of summation of why I
like to do what I do.

Very cool! Have you noticed the trait being passed to any offspring?
Beautiful bird!
Last year was the first time I spotted the bird. May have to find where it nests - a bit challenging in our urban wilderness of 4,000 square foot lots. Also would love to know where it spent the winter.
We also have 2 of these beautiful birds in our neighborhood here in PA. I have a small bird and also a larger bird, leading me to the assumption that the traits are carried on to their offspring.
